"The car was clean, the driver was pleasant, and the trip went well.
There was a delay (10:30 instead of 9:45), but communication was good and I stayed flexible.
The short detour to reach the bus really helped me.
And since balance is an essential part of life, after being flexible with the delay, a small gesture in return — without an extra charge for 5 km — would have been appreciated.
We were also three in the back, a bit tight but still okay.
