"He agreed to drop me off at my door when booking, as soon as I sat in the car he refused to drop me at the decided location and I was asked to decide two of the given drop off locations by him in -18 weather. Absolutely horrible experience. He couldn’t drive 1 min to adjust the pick up again in bad snowy weather. Also stopped at side of the highway for no reason not once but twice."
