"I went with Gazmir from Ottawa to Montreal as a last second booking since my other one got cancelled due to the unprecedented amount of snow and everyone else didnt have winter tires other than him. Despite the snow becoming a huge obstacle on the road, Gazmir was able to stay patient, kind and caring. He made sure to drive at a safe speed, understood the late comings, and made sure everyone felt safe during the trip. Excellent service!"
