"I really appreciate Karame. I didn’t manage my time well and ended up being late during rush hour traffic. Please note that one hour is not enough to travel from downtown to the meeting point, especially during peak traffic with some road construction. However, Karame kindly agreed to wait for me for ten minutes, which I was very grateful for. I also understand he has a responsibility to other passengers, so that ten minutes of waiting already meant a lot to me. He gently reminded me that I could cancel the booking and at least receive a 50% refund, which was thoughtful. In the end, I managed to arrive in seven minutes. I’m very thankful to Karame and to all the passengers. Everyone was sleeping so peacefully in the car — a clear sign that we were in safe hands and arrived at our destination securely."
