"This was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. Matthew has no sense of honesty. Really unprofessional guy. Matthew was an hour late. He did not provide any updates whilst making me wait in the rain. And then he came in a much smaller tesla and not the Van shown on his profile. What if a passenger had a lot of luggage because they thought the driver will show up in a van? He did not communicate these changes at all. He then proceeded to run personal errands in Abbotsford. The drive took about 6.5 hours as he had to stop to charge his tesla at least 3 times. I have nothing personal against this driver but we pay for a service and expect what we choose to pay for. Be extra cautious while booking with him."
