"I had no problem with the driving at all. Jay was punctual and gave an option if we wanted to leave early. My problem was that your ad mentioned clearly said "Max 2 per row", yet there were 3 of us in the back seat, if we knew that was going to be the case, we would have made other arrangements. Also, we did not appreciate that you and the other passengers did not respect time of the others and decided to have a long impromptu sit-in meal at a restaurant, when the impression set was that the order was going to be a to go order. This really left a bad impression in our experience"
