"Monica was super friendly to ride with. My pickup was quite late as she misplaced her phone which can happen to anyone but that’s why my timeliness score is lower, especially as I was already at the pickup spot before she was able to message to update me. So I waited 50 minutes, which meant arrival in whistler was 90 minutes later than planned. She was really apologetic about it and kindly dropped me at a different location en route to meet my friends which I appreciated."
