"I’m disappointed with my recent ride experience. The driver’s communication felt a bit rude, and I was uncomfortable with how I was spoken to during the trip. I was on a phone call for about 7–9 minutes, and I was abruptly told to end my call very soon. The tone used felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I respect that drivers may have preferences, but the way it was handled made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I hope future interactions can be more respectful and considerate toward passengers."
