"The drive itself was smooth and comfortable, but communication could have been much better. The initially agreed to drop me off at my home address, but later dropped me at a metro station instead, which was quite inconvenient. It's not fair to agree to something and then change it last minute. If home drop-off wasn't possible, it should have been clearly communicated from the beginning."
