"JR was very nice and the ride was smooth.
The only thing that I didn't appreciate was that it shouldn't be booked at max capacity. We were 5 and I was sitting in the middle and started having acute back pain. Luckily the two other girls in the back were comprehensive and we took turns as the second girl was in pain also after 1h in the middle seat. This is not normal.
Also would be better if JR did not text and drive.
Otherwise the other pasengers were lovely, and we arrived on time."
