"Driver (who was different from the person who posted the ad) was courteous and nice. The journey was smooth and pleasant. However, there was no communication from Okoli that a different car and driver was going to pick me up. My fellow passenger had the same experience, and she had booked under some other ad by the name of "David". The driver who had come in place of Okoli had his own list of chores - he had to pick up some boxes and then another passenger, which delayed us by more than one hour. When I called the number here, Okoli kept hanging up on me till our driver called him to ask him to pick up the phone. I heard Okoli tell our driver on the call to not listen to me. All I wanted to do was to confirm with the person I paid money to that I was in the right car, for safety reasons! It was very simple. It appears this person has multiple accounts here and the information about the car, driver, time on the app does not match with the actual experience. This may be a deal-breaker for some people."
