The details were unclear. I booked 2 tickets for my friend and me. He mentioned another girl would join, so I expected 4 people including the driver. But when we got in, there were 5 people because his girlfriend joined, which he didn’t mention. My friend and I were too tired to cancel, but the trip was uncomfortable due to the small middle seat. If the front seat was reserved for his girlfriend, he should’ve informed us. I paid the full amount and expected a proper trip. Additionally, the car was different from the black Mazda shown on his profile; he borrowed a friend’s car. I booked based on his verified details, not his friend’s. Since I booked 2 tickets together, only my picture was shown, with no mention of his girlfriend or any other details about the trip.
There is no option to share pictures otherwise I'd have shared some screenshot of his texts.
