"The communication was clear for the day of departure, unfortunately my questions several days before were not addressed. The drop off at Scarborough could have been in a more secure spot for a woman to be dropped off. Instead of being left at the door where there is an established drop off circle, I was left far away in a parking lot far from any doors. That didn't feel the safest, especially being dropped off at night."
