"The ride did not match the listing. The driver added an extra passenger beyond what was advertised and seated a third person in the middle, which made me uncomfortable due to the lack of space. When I raised the issue, he responded in a dismissive and mocking manner, stated that he takes extra passengers to make more profit, and even conveyed that if I was not happy with the arrangement I could get out of the car. Other passengers also acknowledged that the listing clearly showed fewer passengers. I continued the trip only because I needed to arrive in Montreal the same day."
