"I booked a ride 15 minutes before the planned departure time and the driver confirmed it. Then I called him as couldn't see his car. He said the tyre was being changed and didn't know when he was going to come. I was disappointed that he confirmed the ride even though he knew he was going to be late. Not knowing the departure time, I asked him to cancel my confirmation to receive a full refund, which he refused. Eventually I decided to wait because he said he needed 10 minutes. We left with 20 minutes delay.
Unfortunately I'll give one star for the communication, too as he didn't even apologize for his delay. He decided to stop in a gas station without telling us anything. Towards the end of the trip he was constantly on his phone, which was concerning as we had to make sudden brakes a few times. He says "soyons ponctuel" on his profile but he needs to learn to be punctual and to drive safe."
