"booked people to the limit of his van's capacity (meaning 3 people per row) which isn't against the rules but just annoying and uncomfortable.
first break he let us go to the restroom and get snacks and told us 10 mins. I came back at the 8-min mark and said "everyone is waiting for you". overall not a nice experience."
