"The driver was kind, compassionate, communicative, and punctual. Unfortunately, he had two very difficult passengers in the car who were unwilling to compromise. They were being sexist and egotistical, refusing to sit between two women. They kept arguing with the driver while he was driving, which delayed our journey. Despite the situation, the driver remained calm and continued to be as kind and professional as possible."
