"This is by far the worst driver I have ever encountered in my life. His behavior was beyond unprofessional, it was downright abusive. He was rude from the moment the trip started, constantly arguing with passengers and showing zero respect. He also tried to overcharge me, demanding $40 just for one extra bag. At a gas station, he forced me out of the car and left me standing in the cold while he handled whatever he was doing inside. He has absolutely no empathy and no understanding of how to treat people. This man should not be anywhere near a job that involves customer service. What shocked me the most was how verbally abusive he became. He insulted my mother and cursed me out, saying horrible things about me as a woman including that no man should ever marry me. His behavior was disgusting and completely unacceptable. He even threatened to drop me back on the road if I dared to speak up. And on top of everything, he told us we weren’t allowed to eat in his car, as if he wasn’t already making the trip miserable. I would strongly warn anyone who values their safety, dignity, or peace of mind: do NOT ride with this man. He is dangerous, disrespectful, and should not be allowed to operate as a driver."
