Re: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Opeyemi. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Opeyemi on Poparide was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. He is by far the worst driver I have ever encountered. His behavior was consistently selfish, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. He arrived very late to pick me up and then kept me waiting in his car for hours, driving around the city in search of additional passengers—with zero communication or regard for my time or commitments. As a result, I arrived very late to an important event, which was both embarrassing and disruptive. He showed no empathy or concern, despite being clearly told how time-sensitive my schedule was. Opeyemi’s lack of punctuality, professionalism, and basic courtesy makes him completely unsuitable for any kind of customer-facing role. A ride-sharing platform should prioritize passenger comfort, safety, and respect—none of which were present in this experience. I strongly urge Poparide to review this driver’s conduct and take appropriate action to prevent others from going through similar ordeals. If this is considered acceptable behavior, it reflects poorly on the entire platform.
