"Overall, a very unsafe driver. Communication was terrible from the start. He was using his cell phone while driving on the highways from the beginning to the end of the trip. His timing was completely unreliable — he promised an arrival time that he couldn’t meet. The trip started at 5:00 PM, and I didn’t arrive in London until 9:30 PM due to multiple unnecessary stops along the way. Overall, very poor attitude, unprofessional behavior, and extremely unsafe driving."
