"I had a negative experience with this driver. The communication was poor from the beginning. The driver listed the trip as Montreal to Toronto but did not ask or confirm drop-off locations. My requested drop-off was Yorkdale, but I was left at 300 Borough Drive, Scarborough, far from my destination.
Additionally, the driver:
Changed the pickup time three times (10:45 → 11:00 → 10:25)
Did not communicate clearly during the trip
Left me in difficult weather conditions on black ice, which felt unsafe
Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this driver and request this be reviewed by the platform. Clear communication and respecting the agreed drop-off location are essential."
