"Not a good experience. George was 20 minutes late for the pick up, which wouldn’t have been a problem if he wasn’t rude upon arrival. A few passengers had to use the bathroom, as they were standing with their baggage waiting, and he was not pleasant. He was stressed by the delayed departure, and started driving frantically early. The texting and driving was also very concerning. Throughout the trip, he continuously was rude to myself and fellow passengers, raising his voice at us for getting out the car to stretch, after telling us we had 10-15 minutes. The worse part - he did not drop us off at the agreed-upon location, instead left us on the other side of the city. His response “you all can take the metro”. I understand we all have stressful days, however his behaviour was appauling and did not make myself nor fellow passengers feel safe."
