"Driver told me she’d be 1 hour late after confirming the ride and accepting payment. Then ended up being a total of 1 hr 40 mins late. Took the long route to the destination, the trip which usually takes 1.5-2 hours max took more than 2.5 hours. Driver was also on her phone the entire time while driving, very unsafe."
