The ride was delayed more like 30 because we were waiting for another passenger even though the SUV being almost full. The last passenger refused to sit in the middle seat despite being the last to arrive and having kept the other 5 of us waiting. The driver seemed not to have any sense of urgency or regard for our time despite his ride being more expensive than others going on the same journey.
