The driver was late for pickups and did not communicate this in advance—we only heard from him after the scheduled time and after reaching out ourselves. Additionally, although the ride was advertised as having 2 passengers per row, every seat was filled, which felt misleading. Had it been advertised honestly, it would’ve been more understandable.
