"There was some confusion about the pickup location because the driver didn’t properly read the message I sent, although I appreciated that he still came to pick me up. Unfortunately, he already seemed annoyed when I got into the car and his attitude felt quite rude throughout the ride. What concerned me most was the driving on the Sea to Sky Highway. At one point he was driving around 140 km/h in an 80 km/h zone, which felt extremely unsafe and made me very uncomfortable. I hope future riders can have a safer and more professional experience."
