"*Trip booking from Surrey to Kelowna* I had a very unsafe experience with this driver that other passengers should be aware of. The trip started off fine, but as we approached the snowshed on the Coquihalla Highway, the driver began using his phone while driving, even recording a Snapchat video while speeding up the hill. He then pulled over mid-hill in a non-designated area without hazard lights, which felt extremely dangerous. Throughout the trip, he continued using his phone and was driving well above highway speeds, reaching around 150 km/h and even joking about going faster. I told him twice that he was driving too fast, but I don’t think he understood the seriousness of my concerns. I felt genuinely unsafe multiple times and had to make an excuse to get him to stop at a proper exit instead of the side of the highway. I ultimately chose to end the ride early at the summit and arranged another pickup. Although he seemed friendly, his driving was extremely irresponsible and made for a very distressing and frightening experience. I would not recommend any passenger book with this driver."
