"Absolutely unprofessional. The time for my ride was 6 pm but he changed it to 9 then decided to show up at 9.30pm. The app showed there would be only one passenger but when I met the driver there were 3 other passengers (which means he picked up ride from other means beside poparide) Wasted a lot of time driving around the city picking up passengers instead of setting up one pickup spot for everyone. I reached home at 3 am and ruined my day at work. Never using this app again."
