The driver was punctual, courteous, and accommodating with pick up and drop off locations as well as vehicle temperature. However, the vehicle was overbooked. The app reflected 2 passengers but was in fact 6 passengers plus the driver, rendering the commute cramped and uncomfortable with no personal space and my seat being half occupied by a stranger’s body. The number of actual passengers was triple what was indicated which was a gross misrepresentation.
