Albert is so arrogant. It’s stated that a big bag is cad$20 Albert collected more than and even force me to make transfer before he will take my luggage as if this wasn’t enough he collected my phone and did the transfer himself. Is this right? This is my third time on trip with him . Last time he collected cad$100 for two bags and made me to forfeit my mirror because he couldn’t get space for it after sending to him photos of my luggage’s and collecting cad$ 100. Who does that? I expect Poparide to address this. I never enjoyed my trip

Albert is a great guy, kind, respectful and I appreciate journeying with him. He arrived almost 30-40mins late ( although he informed everybody about an hour ahead he was going to be late) but still if you show up on time, waiting feels inconvenient.
