"Kavya got sick and managed me another driver.. the new driver communicated with me at 1 am at the night before the ride. Though i paid Kavya full payment, I had to pay the another driver extra 10 dollars because of my drop off and pick up location. Which seemed no unprofessional because if i pay for my preferable pick up and drop off location, i could have choose bus anyway. I am not sure any other poparide drivers do this or not. I used poparide before but never faced this.."
