"This was one of the most dangerous rides I have been on in my entire life. The driver was on her phone the ENTIRE time as she drove (nearly 3 hours), engaging in various activities including online shopping for bags!! Speaking on the phone, and unbelievably also watching a show on her phone!!! She propped the phone in front of the wheel and started watching as she drove. The car veered off the road dangerously atleast twice. Once another car did a dangerous lane change and almost hit us. We were saved because my husband who had his eyes on the road the whole time screamed out loud to the driver and she steered away and avoided the collision. Her hands were engaged with either her phone or food the whole time. And at a point seemed like she would have fallen asleep. We were glad we arrived our destination without any harm. The driver came 5mins later than pick up time - which was absolutely fine for me. However, she waited for 45 mins to pick other riders and hence arrived later. She's definitely not 20 years old, maybe 40 which doesn't matter, and perhaps helps to know she has more driving experience. But I am now skeptical about Poparide's driver verification. Overall, my scariest experience in Canada so far. I wasn't sure I wanted to leave a review and harm her livelihood. However, this is literally life or death. I hope she would be more responsible in her role. She was definitely friendly."
