"Bilal provided is an excellent communicator and provided exceptional service from beginning to end. He picked me up at Namur, even though his profile stated pickup at Berry-UQAM and he dropped me off at my friend’s house instead of downtown (it was very late at night). I was the only passenger and he was a gentleman. I felt safe with him and he was a fabulous driver! Car was clean, comfortable and smelled nice. He also helped me put my bag in the trunk when we left Montreal and took it out for me when we arrived in Ottawa. 10/10!"
