"Very bad communication and manners. He asked me before 20 min of the expected departure time, I told him I will be there in 11min, he replied you are very late !!! Lol. Then I have arrived at the adress he provided, I did not found him so I called and he was saying I am at a wrong adress instead of trying to understand where I am and it was kinda my fault that I cannot find him at the adress he gave which is a very large parking lot. Nevertheless, the ride went smooth."
