"I was disappointed: 1: we left 20 mins late as we waited on 2 passengers - still made good time in but nonetheless 2: music was too loud - a passenger did ask him to turn down but it was still too loud for 7 passengers and music was not easy to listen to 3: was very cold in car - windows all fogging up cold air at feet - despite asking to turn heat up 3 times 4: felt that the vehicle was too full - tight fit - 1 passenger sleeping on my shoulder -"
