I had a great experience traveling from Montreal to Moncton with Albert. He was very professional, drove safely the entire trip, and made sure everyone was comfortable. The car was clean, the ride was smooth, and I felt very safe throughout the journey. Highly recommend

We were some 40 minutes late departing the Montreal meeting place, because Albert opted to wait for a booked passenger. Note that it is specified that passengers MUST arrive on time. The late passenger had TWO very large suitcases which caused space issues in the cabin. Note: It should be a matter of practice that your drivers announce the trip plan on departure, for example...passenger stops, rest stops and time details. On The final leg of the trip, there was a total of 7 passengers aboard leaving Fredericton. They were bound for Moncton, but had not been informed that the next stop would be Saint John. Upon arrival at Saint John, myself and one other passenger were dropped off at a west side Tim Hortons, rather than at an uptown location as advertised. All in all, I was disappointed in this adventure and would not refer my friends and colleagues to use it without expressing caution. Albert is a pleasant enough safe driver, but needs some instruction in passenger service.
