"He's a great driver and I had a good ride. I know it's not his fault but there was a passenger that arrived late and we waited for that person for 30minutes. I just found it excessive to wait that long because it delayed other passengers plans upon arrival. In that sense he's very nice because I don't think another driver would have waited so long. I think 15min maximum waiting would have sufficed."
