"First we left almost 30 minutes late because he made us wait for another passenger. He then reassured me would still make it to my destination on time as I had someone picking me up. We still arrived 20 minutes late and he was driving so fast on the highway he kept slamming the breaks when we were behind other cars. He was also blasting music so loud I couldn’t enjoy my own music in my headphones."
