The ride was not as advertised. The person who posted the ride was not the driver—his friend was driving while he slept in the back. The car was a rental, which wasn’t mentioned in advance. They were extremely late, picking me up at 12:30 AM instead of 10 PM and dropping me off at 2 AM instead of 11 PM. There was no proactive communication about the delay, so I was left waiting with no updates for a while till he figured out that he’s going to be late. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Unprofessional-He arrived 6 hrs 30 minutes late from the scheduled time and never communicated proactively a single time. I had to follow up multiple times and I reached at 3 AM next day instead of 5 PM the same day. I would never recommend.
