"I’ve used Popride with a few drivers before, but this experience was a nightmare. First, the driver arrived 30 minutes late without even apologizing. Then, when it came time to drop me off, he refused to drive just two more minutes to get me home—at 11:30 p.m.—forcing me to walk about 15 minutes in the dark. The most dangerous part was that he fell asleep while driving, drifting toward the roadside. I had to scream to wake him up, and we were extremely lucky nothing worse happened. For the last hour of the trip, I felt unsafe and regretted choosing him as my driver. I strongly do not recommend riding with this person—it is simply too dangerous."
