"This driver was very rude, hard to contact and somewhat entitled, unfortunately. She expected strict punctuality while not offering it herself. At arrival, she didn’t say sorry and barely said hello. Before the trip, she replied to my message only once initially and never replied ever again, leaving me to question. When I called her on the day itself to ask what her car looks like, she literally sighed and answered in an annoyed way. How can you interact with people like that and act like you’re respectable? Passengers are people, not a transaction. She commented our luggage negatively while having a vast, mostly, empty trunk (there’s was still a lot of space after putting our luggage in). She scrambled 3 adults in the back of car, there will be luggage. You can have a short night, I did too, and I still speak to humans like humans. Basic respect, courtesy, humanity and decency aren’t optional. One good side, her boyfriend offered to help me out with my luggage but excused her behaviour when I addressed how shocking it was and was already leaving the conversation before it ended. *** Two of us were just shocked at just how rude she was with us. Of course, it was angering to be treated this way without a sorry on her part. She definitely did not deserve my money and should be reminded by Poparide of basic manners."
