"Alain drove safely in the rain.
My poor ratings are due to the following:
- he arrived 25 minutes late
- he drove a different car than the one stated in the app; he drove a white van, instead of the advertised black one
- therefore, I did not see him arrive in the parking lot, and when he called me to say that he had arrived, I answered but there was no sound coming from his side.
- He picked up another passenger at another location (this was not noted in his info), which delayed us even further.
- he was on the phone for the first half hour of the trip having a personal and somewhat violent conversation. It was quite unpleasant.
- cleanliness was under usual standards"
