"Absolutely terrible experience. We were suppose to meet at Bayshore Mall for pick up at 6:30am and he showed up 30 minutes late at 7am with no update or communication. We also wasted more time than we should’ve at pit stops. Basically a 4 hour drive turned into 5 hours. Would not recommend."
