Before we booked the ride, we confirmed with him that he would drop us off at any metro station in Montreal. He said he can do that. So we booked the ride. But he did not drop us off at the destination he agreed to.
He came 20-25 minutes late to the pickup location.
When we got into the vehicle, it was hot inside. We waited for 30-45 mins for him to turn on the AC, then We asked him to turn on the AC. Then he turned on the AC.
Don't understand how he expects people to sit inside vehicles with windows closed & AC turned off.
Later in the middle of the trip, he realised he didn't have enough time to drop us off at the metro station . So, he indirectly said to the other guy "sometimes people request for pickup & drop off in the poparide app. But it is a favour that they request. We don't need to do that...blah..blah".
He is indirectly referring to poparide rules. As it is mentioned that there is no custom pickup & drop off.
But are you following the rules everywhere ? Then Why are you driving 120km/hr on a 100km/hr road?
Bending rules when needed & talking rules when needed ?
Mr. Smartypants, needs to understand this is not a favour. We are paying you money.
If not you, we will book a ride with another person who can drop us off at a metro station. You are not the only person offering the ride.
Because of him we have to spend an extra 1 hour 30 mins from Airport to Metro station. And we have to spend an extra 11 dollars for each person, as there is a special 11$ ticket from the airport.
Even while dropping off us at Airport, he dropped us far away from the gates/ Bus Stop.

"I encountered significant language barriers with these passengers, which seemed to affect their experience. While no other riders had issues, this group misunderstood the situation, especially when requesting air conditioning on an already cold day. Additionally, they never specified a drop-off location in advance, and I was on time for pickup.
At the end of the trip, they broke the middle seat of my vehicle, resulting in $1,000 in repair costs, documented on dashcam video. Their behaviour was unacceptable and disruptive, and I urge other drivers to exercise caution with this passenger."
