We were a bit confused on the pick up location because it was different from the one stated on the app. He sent a message about 30 minutes before with his location, about 10 minutes from the original address. The other person in our group likely was also confused, as the driver was not in the specific address mentioned in the app, which made us about 20 mins late while looking for the other person. Also, he was watching a video while driving, which is always a huge safety concern for everyone.
