It was hard to reach the driver on the day before the trip. The driver was late by a few minutes & was in a different car than the one on the app so it was hard to find him. The backseat had 0 leg room (knees up your chin kinda seat). On long rides, that car should be 4 passengers only.
The driver did drive safely, was polite and the car was clean.
