"Everything was great, just expect loud music"

"Kharoon was timely and communicated well prior to the trip, which I appreciated. The ride itself was smooth. One downside was a strong smell in the vehicle at the beginning, which was uncomfortable for the first hour or two. After some time, I was able to adapt and breathe normally. The foreign music choice is understandable for a long drive from Toronto to Montreal; however, it was played at very high volume and overpowered my AirPods. I understand this is not Uber and a premium experience isn’t expected, but being a bit more considerate of passengers’ comfort would have made the ride better. Overall, good punctuality and communication, with some room for improvement in comfort."
