"I had a very disappointing experience. The night before, I sent her a message asking if she could drop me off at St. Lawrence College instead of 610 McConnell (just 5 minutes away), but she never responded. The next day, when I asked in person, she responded aggressively and refused, saying she was going to work. Because of this, I had to walk 22 minutes to school and ended up being late.
On top of that, she was rude, impolite, and distracted by her phone while driving. I would never ride with her again and do not recommend her services.
