"She was 45 minutes late for pickup. Little to no communication. Not a safe driver - was going 75km/h on the highway with people passing on the inside lane. Can not drive in a straignt line or take corners smoothly. She also overbooked - which lead to an extremely uncomfortable ride with 3 people squished in the back seat of a very small car for 4 hours. Very unpleasant trip, definitely do not recommend."
