It was a smooth and safe ride. Only two negative take aways; 1.) the driver and vehicle were not the same as on the profile (it was her husband in a rental) 2.) he arrived almost an hour late and didn’t reach out to update on time till they were 30 mins late. It was genuinely a peaceful ride otherwise and i can take into account that it was snowing for point two but as a woman (who wasn’t told before hand about the change in driver and vehicle) it kinda made me worried.
